Occasionally, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery timelines, and product availability. Sharma Optical And Watches reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to modify or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is found to be inaccurate at any time, including after an order has been placed.

  2. Sharma Optical And Watches shall not be liable to compensate customers for any delay in the delivery of products or services beyond the estimated or originally committed delivery date. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

  3. Sharma Optical And Watches reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, technical issues, pricing discrepancies, or inability to fulfill the order for any reason whatsoever. In such cases, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded through the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable. Sharma Optical And Watches’ liability shall be limited solely to the refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order and shall not extend to any additional compensation or damages.

  4. Sharma Optical And Watches strongly recommends that customers record a clear video while unboxing and opening their package upon delivery. Such video evidence may be required to support claims related to missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect products and can assist in the investigation and resolution process.

  5. By placing an order through our website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

ORDERS

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. However, we understand that changes may be needed — you can request an update to your order by reaching out to us on WhatsApp with your order number and the required changes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

here is a standard international shipping rate of INR 5,500.

We use DHL Express to ship our international orders. In the case DHL doesn’t service a particular zip code, we use the next best alternative.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Your utmost satisfaction is our priority. In case you are unhappy with a purchase made online, you may exchange it within 7 days of receipt to your address for store credit. The store credit does not have an expiration date. The days are calculated as the number of days between the date of receipt by you and the date it is picked up by your logistics company.

1. All sales are final and we have a no refund policy.

2. Exchanges are only allowed for pieces sold from available stock. Any product(s) sourced especially for you will not be applicable for exchanges.

AFTER SALES & SERVICING

All products come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty.

Manufacturing warranty covers the following issues

i. Missing components

ii. Delamination and / or peeling of sun lens coating

iii. Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating

iv. Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating

v. Soldering defects

We would encourage you to book a frame tune up  at any of stores where our expert technicians would be happy to assist you & adjust the product for you.
